SIS. Deli+Café was launched in February 2008. The name SIS. comes from the Finnish words “SISkokset” (sisters) as well as “SISältö” (ingredients). The company was founded by two sisters Anu Syrmä and Kaisa Leikola, who left their corporate jobs to fulfill their dream of building something of their own and something they truly enjoyed and believed in.

Currently SIS. Deli operates in 3 locations in Helsinki City centre and in WeeGee, Espoo. During 2011 SIS. Deli + Café can also be found in Europe’s Cultural Capital Turku, where SIS. Deli together with Artek hosts an joint art installation / caféteria.

One can enjoy SIS. Deli’s products with good conscience: All of SIS. Deli’s products are carefully chosen from high-quality producers in Finland and abroad. Majority of our products are organic or locally produced. “We offer a wide variety of fresh food prepared to our own recipes. On top of the fresh assortment one can find a number of deli products to take home or to buy as presents.”

SIS. Deli has a range of its own high-quality food specialities from Finland. The range includes among others blueberry liquorice, sea buckthorn marmalade, raspberry chocolate, local honey, healthy musli & dried winter chanterelles. The SIS. Deli “Goodness from Finland” product range is designed according to SIS. Deli’s look & feel. A talented team of young designers has worked closely together with the founders to build an identity to match SIS. Deli’s brand promise.
